Length

A good resume should take no more than three or four single-sided A4 pages to write. Try not to make it any longer.

What not to include

Anything not relevant. Photos of kids. Pets you have. Your obsession with Britney Spears or Justin Timberlake. Medals you won in nursery school for the egg and spoon race. Most of all, don't include your party piece. Your friends may applaud at you being able to fit ten cream crackers in your mouth at once but it won't impress any employer!
